Between us we bring a combined 25+ years across automotive CAE and IT/AI — pairing chartered engineering experience in simulation workflows with software, automation, and modern AI-assisted tooling. That combination is the whole point of EVCON: people who speak both languages, so automation is built with genuine engineering understanding rather than bolted on from the outside.

Founder, CEO
CEng MIMechE with 10+ years of CAE experience across automotive engineering programmes. Wojciech founded EVCON to help engineering teams close the gap between validated CAE practice and modern AI-assisted automation.
Kuba Płoskonka
CTO
15 years building products in startups. As CTO, Kuba leads EVCON's technology direction — applying modern AI-assisted engineering (Claude Code, Codex, and autonomous coding agents) to automate CAE workflows, prototype faster, and modernize legacy engineering codebases.
